Zoom Configuration Guide
Guide to deploying the Datadog Zoom integration from the Datadog marketplace

Overview

The Zoom Integration has the capability of providing insight into your account's meetings, rooms, users, network statistics, and geolocation metrics to achieve an optimal experience for your entire organization. The integration comes pre-built with four fully customizable dashboards and two monitors that bring the most crucial information to the surface for you to quickly analyze.
We've designed our visuals to be out-of-the-box deliverable to anyone around your enterprise. Whether you need to bring information to C-Level Executives, Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers, or anyone in between, we have you covered.

Installation

Install the Zoom Integration. Obtain the command to download the agent by activating the free trial in the Marketplace.
Agent Configuration
  1. 1.
Start by navigating to the Zoom Marketplace to generate an API Key and API Secret to authenticate to the Zoom API.
  2. 2.
Once there, click on Develop in the upper right hand corner and then select Build App. If prompted, please sign in.
  3. 3.
If you don't already have JWT enabled, under the JWT section click on Create. Otherwise, select View Here.
  4. 4.
